I offer fitness consulting, training and coaching to individuals, small groups, and teams. I do testing and analysis and help clients come up with fitness plans and ways to reach them. While I primarily work at gyms in Ballard and Fremont, I am available for training at other sites as well.

The Fitness Lab is a small trainers gym with free weights, cardio machines and functional training equipment, minimal resistance machines.

Fremont Health Club is a medium sized full service gym with free weights and weight machines as well as cardio machines


Silver Power Classes @OAC

Mondays
0800-0900

I lead a class that starts with body weight mobility exercises, goes to some work on the barré, then to light weight lifting exercises. There is a free form phase where participants do cardio machines or heavier weights on their own, and then at the end of the class we meet again for ab work and a cool down stretch. During the free form phase, I am available for weight lifting and cardio tips to all participants, a great way to get personal training for the price of the class.

Strength Training 101 @FHC

Tuesdays, Thursdays

Same format as the Silver Power Class, but at Fremont Health Club. I have created basic weight lifting programs for participants and am available to help them with any questions they have about technique and performance of the exercises, helping them build up their own ability to train themselves. The classes are a very friendly, non-intimidating way to get into a fitness regimen.
